Excell Contractors is a full-service construction management and general contracting firm based in the Washington D.C. Metropolitan area. We offer clients our expertise in the commercial field with significant experience in property management companies, government agencies, corporations, and law firms. Since our founding in 2002, we have completed more than 9,000 projects totaling over 50 million dollars.
