This project was a race against the clock! We transformed a raw space in the Ballston, VA mall into the Electric Gamebox – a hyper-immersive gaming experience featuring 8 digital “pod” rooms. From demolition to opening day, the project team delivered a turnkey project, including: 8 State-of-the- Art Pods to experience digital gaming like never before.

A Modern Kitchenette was created to accommodate staff. Newly upgraded systems included: electrical, fire alarm, sprinkler, flooring, mechanical, and partial plumbing systems to ensure a seamless experience and graphic visuals. The tight deadline? No sweat.

We met the investors’ overseas opening date, ensuring a successful launch for this innovative gaming concept. Now, everyone in Ballston can enjoy this electrifying new entertainment option!
