Both towers in the complex received a level 1 upgrade, focusing on refreshing their common areas. This included several improvements: automatic doors for effortless entry, sleek ceramic tile replacing the old carpet broadloom in the lobby, and stylish new millwork finish panels that continued into a modern reception desk. The mailroom also received a makeover with new lighting, modern wallpaper, and a media TV display to showcase upcoming condo announcements and events for residents. All elevators were completely renovated from floor to ceiling, while new lobby lighting brightened the entire space.

The second project tackled the common area corridors. Here, safety was prioritized with the removal of any suspect asbestos on the elevator lobby ceilings. The old broadloom carpet was replaced with modern and stylish carpet tiles. To enhance the visual appeal, new wall sconces were installed throughout the corridors, creating a more contemporary feel. Residents can now navigate the corridors effortlessly thanks to the installation of new exit signage and wayfinding signage on each floor.

Finally, each unit door received a stylish upgrade with a new wood-like film applied and new hardware installed for each tenant. Also, all ceilings and walls throughout the corridors were repainted. This project was cleverly phased out into 4 manageable parts for the 24 total floors (12 at each Tower)
